Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time) are processed the same business day.
Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
Handling Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
Transit Time
Standard shipping within the United States takes approximately 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday) after handling.
Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Example: If handling time is 1–3 days and transit time is 5–10 days, the total delivery time may range from 6–13 business days.
Prices, Taxes & Currency
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
All sales taxes and local/state taxes are already included in the product prices.
The price you see on the checkout page is the total amount payable. There are no hidden charges.
Shipping Cost
Free Standard Shipping is available on all U.S. orders.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL (carrier depends on your delivery location and service availability).
Product Condition & Responsibility
All products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure they leave our facility in excellent condition.
Warmetry remains fully responsible for the safe delivery of your order, even after it has been handed over to the carrier.
If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@warmetry.store. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Customers are encouraged to check their package upon delivery and report any visible issues within 48 hours of receipt.
Incorrect Address & Address Verification
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
In case of an error, contact us immediately at support@warmetry.store before your order is shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting support@warmetry.store.
After processing begins, we cannot guarantee cancellation.
Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
You can also track your package through our Order Tracking Page using your order number and email address.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed, please allow up to 7 business days before contacting support.
Warmetry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. However, we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Regions
Currently, we ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
