At Warmetry, we value your satisfaction. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear will not be accepted.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

You may request a return if:

  • The wrong size or item was received
  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • You wish to return an unused item (change of mind)

3. Return Shipping And Labels

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Restocking Fee

No restocking fee applies to any returns.

5. Return Procedure

  • Email support@warmetry.store with your order number and reason for retu
  • Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • Pack the item securely with proof of purchase.
  • Ship the package using the provided label (if applicable).

6. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified by email.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card provider (refunds may take time to post).
  • Contact your bank for processing delays.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To change size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label and offer either a replacement or a full refund.
